Daune, this might not be any help with the ID, but is it possible to back tack from the "local store", asking them their supplier, then back again or as far as you need to go. If ask nicely I have had great success this way. No harm in asking the "local store".

Hi Plazbo, It is possible to send cuttings/suckers to you but there is a but, A BIG BUT, cost, from this end(Australia), quarantine regulations, then, if your Dept of Agriculture allow it, quarantine your end. Thanks Stefan, most of your answer I can understand. So if I was to have a cross with, lets say "Laevigata" with "Peace" one of Kordes most outstanding achievements. It has stood the test of time. It is possible it "could" work ?
